This was perfect for our family. We went to the Aggie game and came here afterwards. It's only a few miles away and it was so cute so much better than staying in a hotel. We loved it and will be back!

Cute
Our stay was good, however my daughter left a small valuable item and after asking for our mailing address the owner said they would mail them back to me no problem. I offered to pay for the shipping numerous times. A month later, we still haven't received item and the owner stopped responding to VRBO messages and text messages. So for that reason, I won't be staying or recommend staying here again.

Fleas & Roaches
Your dogs will be infested with fleas from this backyard. I was willing to overlook the roaches inside, filthy hot tub, non working coffee maker, living room couch that smells like cat pee, dirty rugs, and hair on the sheets. However, we had to go out and buy flea dip for our two dogs to dip them before we went home. Unaceotable.
